Steak, Chicken & Combos
We realize that not everybody loves shrimp. That's why the Shrimp
Haus also offers delicious steaks, chicken and tender fish filets
prepared to your satisfaction.
The Shrimp Haus will also prepare many of the
shrimp recipes using chicken breast. We aim to please all appetites.
All steaks and combos served with mixed sautéed
vegetables and potato.
Blackened Tenderloin & Shrimp - 8 oz. tenderloin of beef grilled
and served with 5 grilled shrimp. Finished with a Cabernet sauce.
Ribeye Steak & Shrimp - 10 oz. rib eye steak served with your
choice of fried, grilled, broiled or blackened shrimp.
Ribeye Steak - 10 oz. or 14 oz. ribeye steak grilled to your
satisfaction.
Filet Mignon - Hand-cut tenderloin of beef grilled to order.
Mesquite-Grilled Chicken Marsala - A
mesquite-grilled chicken breast topped with a Marsala wine sauce. Served with roasted
potatoes and vegetable.
Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo - Grilled chicken breast blended
together with vegetables and a spicy tomato sauce. Served over
pasta.
Chicken Diablo - Grilled chicken breast
blended together with vegetables and a spicy tomato sauce. Served
over pasta.
Fresh Gulf Red Snapper - 7 oz. filet of red snapper grilled,
broiled, blackened or fried - your choice. Served with vegetables
and
roasted potatoes.
Pecan Crusted Red Snapper - Fresh filet of red snapper
lightly crusted with sweet Texas pecans and pan sautéed. Served with
vegetable, roasted potatoes, and lemon butter.
Rio Seafood Platter - Fresh fish, stuffed crab, shrimp,
scallops and oysters prepared fried, broiled, blackened or grilled
with vegetable and potato.
